Currently, most shopper handles on the market have a knot as a closure: the cord is cut hot or cold to the desired size, threaded into the eyelet of the shopper and secured with two knots. In these cases, as a rule, third party processing is used, entrusting the cord on a roll to subcontractors, to be cut, threaded and knotted; this implies a greater handling of the product. Our handle with “Peroni Products” lug could be a valid substitute. The customer receives the finished product which is only to be put on. Possibility of application on the most varied materials (PVC tube, paper, etc.).
Material saving: A 40cm handle with knot uses approx. 48/50 cm of cord, one with a terminal and actually 40 cm. Savings in handling: in the eventual transport there is a lower volume (up to 20%) compared to the handles with the knot. The times of insertion into the bag or packaging are reduced by about 15%. Better finish and appearance of the handle in general.
